Everything seems peaceful in B Movie Hell, 3672 inhabitants. Until the day when a mysterious killer wearing a skull-shaped mask, topped with a red Iroquois crest, begins to quietly murder some of the town's inhabitants. The FBI entrusts the case to a couple of investigators, Milena Fonseca and Jack Munson, nicknamed the Phantom, specialist of clandestine operations. Soon mysterious links appear between this terrifying series of murders and a top secret project of the State Department, Operation Blackwash. As paranoia grips the city, the collaboration between the FBI and local authorities becomes difficult.
