Caviar Tremolo
Réf. alh-caviarMade by : ALH effects
The Caviar tremolo is ALH's new product for 2023 ! It's an optical tremolo inspired by the one used in David Gilmour's rack on the Pulse tour.
The tone is similar to the tremolos of vintage fender twin amps, with a rounded triangular waveform. It offers both light, subtle modulation and a pronounced jerkiness. Its four controls offer a wide variety of tones. Rate controls the speed of the effect, while Depth adjusts its intensity.
The Mix control makes it easy to mix the unmodulated sound with that of the effect. Finally, we've added a master volume. Often, tremolo creates a sensation of boost when it reaches an extreme setting. This last setting lets you fine-tune the Caviar's overall output level. You can also use it to drive the input of your tube amp. If you're looking for a vintage tremolo with maximum versatility, the new ALH Caviar is for you!
The Caviar Tremolo is a pedal that runs on a 9vDC power supply (negative center) for a consumption of 10mA. It's handmade in our Nantes workshop. This pedal is available in true-bypass or buffer versions. We highly recommend the buffer option, which will permanently improve the sound quality of your pedalboard. Find out more about this option here. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via the contact form.
