Where some musicians want a warm and colorful compressor, others will need a clear compression that respects the original sound. The Gdansk Comp is an optical compressor that we designed with high fidelity in mind. This transparent pedal will give you the most respectful compression of your guitar. Placed at the beginning of the chain, it adds effective compression in a way that respects your playing. The gain control allows you to adjust the input level to optimize the response of the compressor to the gain level of your pickups. Guitar/bass compatible.

The Gdansk Comp is a true-bypass pedal that uses a 9vDC power supply (negative center) for a consumption of 100mA. It is handmade by us in our workshop in Nantes. Feel free to contact us through the contact form for any question.
