Island Drive

A hybrid pedal between a fuzz, distortion and overdrive, the Island Drive uses Germanium diodes for a very warm sound palette.

While the basic electronic scheme is inspired by the Battersea Distortion, the sound character is radically different. We have taken special care with theequalization, which no longer cuts the midrange frequencies. Because of itslow-gainnature, the Island is much easier to access overdrive than its Battersea and Pulse sisters, which are really geared towards thicker saturation.

The Island Drive is a true-bypass pedal that runs on a 9vDC power supply (negative center) and consumes 20mA. It is handmade by us in our workshop in Nantes. Feel free to contact us through the contact form for any question.
