Pickups
Thanks to the Nick Silver Mr. Iggy humbuckers and the flexible circuit with 5 positions, you can always find the right sound with this bass. The pickups are inspired by the '51 P-Bass pickups. In single coil mode, the neck pickup delivers exactly this bony sound. Especially in the middle position, where both humbuckers are active, you will find a fat and brilliant slap sound.
The Alnico V magnets are blackened to give the short scale bass a distinctive look.

Electronic
The switch offers five pickup combinations: Neck Humbucker, Neck Single Coil, Neck and Bridge Humbucker in parallel, Bridge Single Coil, Bridge Humbucker.
The switch for selecting the pickups is easy to grip and a scale shows the current position for better orientation. With a volume control and a global tone control, the desired sound is quickly found. The electronics compartment contains high-quality parts such as TAD Sprague Orange Drops or CTS pots.

Woods & Hardware
High-quality hardware such as the Schaller 3D Bass bridge, the weight-optimised HipShot Tuners or the handmade brass nut are explicitly selected and manufactured to ensure the best possible handling and ergonomics.
The body is made of two-piece alder. The neck is made of quarter-sawn  European maple with a fingerboard of steamed oak.
The neck is treated with Odie's Oil. It is the perfect finish to bring out the beautiful grain of the wood while protecting the surface from moisture and dirt.
Last but not least, this guitar has a very unique, custom-made, 2-ply Pickguard made of linoleum and a thin aluminium sheet. Linoleum is very resistant to scratches and it just looks and feels amazing.
This electric bass comes well protected in a Gator Foam Case.
