Hippie

The hippie movement found its greatest point of popularity in the 1960s, a counter-cultural, libertarian and pacifist movement that, among many other symbols, found its greatest banner in the symbol of peace. Many artists were also active in this movement: Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, Richie Havens, The Mamas & the Papas, Joe Cocker... Make love, not war!
