Sélecteur de fréquence précâblé
Réf. S005Made by : Vaudoo Audio
By default, on Tripeldoo and Quadrupeldoo Vaudoo-Audio preamps, the frequency setting for the midrange is fixed on the board by jumpers.
This option, connected in place of the jumpers, lets you select the frequency directly from your instrument.
You can fit one selector per midrange band. Either one selector on the Tripeldoo and one or two selectors on the Quadrupeldoo.
By default, I wire the selectors for the frequencies I recommend:
- 2-frequency Tripeldoo selector: 800 Hz and 2.3 kHz
- 2-frequency Quadrupeldoo selector to be connected to the lower midrange: 300 Hz and 800 Hz
- 3-frequency Tripeldoo selector: 300 Hz, 800 Hz and 2.3 kHz
- Quadrupeldoo 3-frequency selector for connection to the lower midrange: 300 Hz, 500 Hz and 800 Hz
On request and at no extra charge, you can request the frequencies you want from among those offered on your Vaudoo-Audio preamplifier.
It is also possible to place a selector on the Quadrupeldoo's upper midrange band.
Selectors are available in 3 different versions:
- 2-frequency toggle selector (one on top and one on bottom - recommended drilling 6.5mm)
- 3-frequency toggle selector (one in the center, one at the top and one at the bottom - recommended drilling 6.5mm)
- 3-frequency rotary selector (3 detent - recommended drilling 9mm and provide a potentiometer knob with an internal diameter of 6mm)
