Our products are delivered "ready to integrate": configured, wired and supplied with all mounting accessories.
Powered by a Power Block: a simple cable to plug in.
Powered by 1 or 2 9V batteries: wired to the jack and the battery, like a classic preamp.

Perfect compatibility

All our Vaudoo-Audio preamplifiers are universal and compatible with all types of bass and guitar.
They have an adjustable input gain stage, which allows to adapt to all types of microphones (customizable version on our website www.vaudoo-audio.fr).

High quality sound

Our preamplifiers take advantage of the onboard power source (Power Block or 9V battery) to offer you an enhanced sound experience and audio quality comparable to an external preamp.
They are configured to become totally transparent when the knobs are at zero, in order to respect the character of your microphones.

The 4 band preamplifier allows you to adjust the sound of the highs, lows, high mids and lows. A way to perfectly adapt your sound to your playing style.

When choosing a 4-band preamp, you should select the frequencies that best suit your playing style and musical style.

List of selectable low-medium frequencies, on our 4-band preamplifiers 250Hz, 300Hz, 500Hz, 800Hz.

List of selectable high-medium frequencies, on our 4-band preamplifiers 1.8kHz, 2.0kHz, 2.5kHz or 3.2kHz.

The frequencies recommended by Vaudoo :

- 300 Hz "Roundness. Acts on the lower end of the spectrum, in addition to the bass control. Increase it to make the sound bigger, or decrease it if the sound seems a bit muddy.
- 800 Hz It is "THE frequency to share". To be increased or decreased according to the situation: allows to have a clearer bass in the middle of the other instruments... Avoiding a frequent problem in rehearsal: "the race for volume"! Also recommended for fretless basses.
- 2.0 kHz to 2.5 kHz : Clarity and brightness of sound. Where the treble acts on the harmonics, these frequencies complete the "percussive" side of the sound. Ideal for slap or pick play.
