Philippe Bosset's strings are therefore made in a spirit of craftsmanship on high-precision machines, under the constant supervision of specialized technicians. In order to offer absolute harmonic coherence throughout the neck, a string must be extremely evenly spun throughout its length.
And the materials used - nylon, steel, copper, nickel and silver - must also be irreproachable in order to reconcile tonal beauty, sound volume and the performer's comfort.
