Different delivery methods:
We have to offer several delivery methods: standard or relay point. The price and times may vary depending on the option chosen. In all cases, it is the manufacturer who chooses the carrier at his convenience. UPS service is provided by The Guitar Division but is not enforced.
Additional shipping costs?
Not always. Each manufacturer decides, depending on the size, weight, value of the product and its destination, to bear the cost of transport or to add the corresponding delivery costs to the price of the product. However, The Guitar Division has a global transport contract which allows all manufacturers of the (online sales) platform to benefit from better delivery rates.
