Thrilltone Nothern Lights - A magnetic song !

Published the 03/10/21
With its design inspired by the Northern Lights, the Northern Lights born from the meeting of the solar winds and the terrestrial magnetosphere, the Northern Lights is trendy in more than one way. Trend first, because it mixes analog and digital technologies at their best: digital controls delay times, with sound signal handling remaining 100% analog. Each is in its place doing what it does best, a modern and cohesive choice as the Northern Lights is part of a long line of legendary echo chambers. Still a trend, because it is one of these “supercharged” effects, judge instead: from 50 to 1000 ms of delay, 4 virtual magnetic heads adjustable in volume, tap tempo assignable to one or the other of the heads (Master Head switch ) to adapt to different uses, internal modulation effect and, if that is not enough for you, a loop allowing to insert external effects (volume, overdrive, EQ etc.) which will act on the repetitions. And we're not even talking about the Trail mode allowing rehearsals to continue after the effect has stopped, the possibility of separating dry and wet signals to work in parallel or the choice between True Bypass and buffered bypass. Trend finally, because all this is made extremely easy to use, with well-identified potentiometers, a clear connection spreading over the entire front of the pedal making it eminently "pedalboard friendly" and two "soft switching" switches that the we will appreciate, on stage as in studio, for their silence and their reactivity. Northern Lights stands out as a global, musically versatile, inspiring delay, ready to back you up whatever your need at the moment. So, it's up to you ...
